CANCELLATION POLICY
Your time is reserved exclusively for you, and I take great care in preparing for each appointment to deliver an elevated, personalized experience. Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled within 24 hours will incur a 30% cancellation fee (non refundable/non transferable deposit). No-shows will be charged 30% of the scheduled service which is equivalent to your deposit. Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 10 minutes past your appointment time may result in a shortened session or cancellation, with applicable fees. Deposits: All services requires a 30% deposit to secure your booking. This will be applied to your final balance. Life is unpredictable, and I understand that things happen.
